CLUMPS, BITTERNESS OR TOO MUCH MILK?

FIX YOUR CUP.

The powder keeps clumping.

Sift first. Whisk with warm water, then add milk.

The cup tastes too bitter.

Use water around 70–80°C. Still bitter? Try less powder.

I can barely taste the matcha.

Measure your milk. Try 150ml, then adjust the powder. Ice will dilute it too.

Can I prepare several cups?

Choose two or four cups above. Whisk in batches if needed.

How should I store my matcha?

Keep it dry, reseal after use and follow your pack. Storage guide.
